It's Monday!

most of us would say: find out what makes you happy and pursue to it...
but wouldn't that make your life more complicated?
life will be a little less complicated if you do it other way around:
"find our what makes your life miserable and stop doing it"

Never forgotten!

I was 33 years old when my father passed away. He was such a good father for us and till now my memory with him still fresh. I remember before when he was still alive, he strived hard for our education and I really owed to him what I have now. I know my father is now in heaven and how thankful I am to have him in my life. Your name is always spoken, we always talk about you still, you haven't been forgotten. Always remembering you this day Papang!

Household tips

I've been using this techniques a long time ago and it really works and helps for our budget. I'm going to share with you some household tips especially in budgeting. This is very effective in saving and very practical, and not running out of budget mostly in grocery shopping. Here are some household tips according to my experience:
  1. Use a price book. Just a small notebook and always put this in your bag or wallet. This can help you to compare the prices in different products that you brought everyday in the market. Make as simple the price book and not complicated. Put the date, name of product, where you buy and the price.
  2. Leave ATM or credit card at home. Just bring cash in exact amount. Always check the price, then compare the price ounce-by-ounce basis. Buy snack items in volumes not in individual packaging. If possible leave your kids at home. If you don't have kids with you you cannot easily distracted in buying items.
  3. Sometimes we cannot avoid demands of our children to prepare them a special food for them and because of this we are running out of budget. I think it's time for them to train to eat what is there in the table. As long as it is nutritious and full of vitamins. This is also part of their discipline.

Amazing story!

Would you believe if I tell you that the donkey in Egypt is wearing a diaper? And they are not allowed to roam around the streets without diaper. Sounds weird! but it's true. According to the high ranking officials in Egypt that this is a part of their program that they are promoting. And that to preserve the cultural scene in which currently witness an unprecedented boom in tourism. There's a punishment to those who are not going to follow the rules. According to the Egyptians that the donkey is very helpful to them, they can carry heavy things, and can help also in farming. Here in Philippines we have a carabao that helps in farming. Sometimes I feel sad for the carabao because if they are not useful anymore, they easily reject it and sold in the market by kilo, sad is'nt it?
