Vitamins Against Acne


Is having acne make you feel uncomfortable? Or are you ashamed to have acne? Acne is very common among teenagers.There are some vitamins that help to prevent acne.
Vitamin A - this vitamin helps to stay healthy your skin.
Vitamin B - this is a big help for severe stress that cause acne. This vitamins includes pyridoxine, rifoblavin, niacin, and many more.
Vitamin C - this is an antioxidant, and responsible to get rid against acne.
Vitamin E - this is very important to our skin, its going to cure the tissues and to get rid cell damage.
Wash your face at least twice a day using a soap against acne. Don't ever touch it with your hands, to avoid the bacteria scattered some parts in your face.
